About Buerholt
My name is Vicki Buerholt. I am a goldsmith and run my workshop and business on Amager.
I am so lucky that I get to do what I love every single day.
In 2005, I got a job at goldsmith Josephine Bergsøe. Here I was exposed to the many beautiful stones and unique jewelry designs – I became absolutely certain that it was with jewelry that I would find my niche.
The following year, in 2006, I got an apprenticeship with goldsmith Mette Rosgaard. Here I gained a deeper understanding and knowledge of jewelry, stones and the goldsmithing profession as a craft.
Independent jeweler on Amager
In 2010 I became self-employed. And since then I have opened my business on Holmbladsgade on Amager. Here I have the opportunity every day to make what I love – jewelry for everyone. I have the deepest respect for the craft. And it is an honor for me that I have the opportunity to work with such an old craft as goldsmithing. It is a fantastic experience to work with the best materials, to create beautiful things that delight many.
For me, it is important that everyone can have a piece of jewelry if that is what they want. And that is the idea that runs through my jewelry design.
